Spinach spatzle with cream and speck

– 1 package of Green Spatzle Gnocchitime
– 100 grams of speck
– 1 cooking cream 250 g
– Grated cheese
– 30 grams of Butter
– Salt, pepper to taste, chives
Spätzle are a typical dish of the South Tyrolean tradition, with a very simple dough and very easy to cook.

In a pan, heat a knob of butter. chop some chives and cut the smoked Speck into strips. Add the Speck and fry for about 2 minutes. Add the chives and cream, a pinch of salt and pepper and leave everything to thicken over low heat for a few minutes.

Cook Spätzle in boiling salted water until they float to the surface. Drain the Spätzle and add them to the sauce. Add the grated cheese and the dish is ready!
