Gnocchi Pumpkin and sausage

– 1 confection of gnocchi alla Zucca gnocchitime
– 200 sausages
– 200 Scamorza (provola)
– 1 onion (small)
– Half a glass of dry white wine
– Extra virgin olive oil
– Sales
Pumpkin and sausage gnocchi are a unique and tasty first course, easy to make and with strong flavours.

Crumble the sausage by removing the casing.

Chop the onion.

In a pan, heat a few tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, then add the onion.

Then add the crumbled sausage and brown.

Then blend with the wine

Stir, cover with a lid and cook for half an hour, stirring occasionally.

Cook the Gnocchi in boiling salted water until they float to the surface. Drain the gnocchi and add them to the sauce.

To be served immediately!
