Who we are history
The development of our product comes from 50 years of experience in the catering sector.
Taking up the classic Venetian recipe, we decided to offer our customers the real “homemade” fresh potato gnocco.
Over the years, the continuous recognition by the consumer and the growth in demand have led us to purchase the first packaging machine, then a small laboratory to arrive in 2012 to have a production structure organized on an industrial level, which allows us to offer a large-scale handicraft product of the local tradition.
Since 2019 we have moved to a larger facility in the municipality of Carbonera where we have about 1000 m2 for the production, packaging and storage of our products. The site is BRC, IFS, Bio certified and has the latest generation machinery.

SOPRONTO Srl produces fresh steamed potato dumplings also on behalf of third parties with brand name or fantasy brand.
The production capacity is 1000 Tons/year, which can be easily increased.
The high technology of the production line machinery, the professionalism and flexibility of the personnel in charge allow us to continuously guarantee our customers, in compliance with the artisan tradition, product quality and punctual delivery.
