The production capacity is 1000 tons/year, which can be easily increased. The high technology of the production line machinery and the professionalism and flexibility of the personnel in charge allow us to continuously guarantee our customers, in compliance with the artisan tradition, product quality and punctual delivery.

Just like in the best Italian tradition, we prepare our gnocchi using quality raw materials that come only from the best Italian and European crops
The distinctive feature of our gnocchi is the exclusive use
of genuine raw materials. We only select and transform
fresh potatoes, which are steamed.
The flours come from local mills, which guarantee quality. We use fresh pasteurized eggs from free-range hens e sunflower seed oil (no palm oil). We do not use any kind of preservatives.
