The distinctive feature of our gnocchi is the exclusive use of genuine raw materials. We select and process only fresh potatoes, which are steamed.

The flours come from local mills, which guarantee quality. We use pasteurized fresh eggs from free-range hens and sunflower oil (no palm oil).
We do not use any kind of preservatives.
