INGREDIENTS
– 1 confection of gnocchi alla Zucca gnocchitime
– 200 sausages
– 200 Scamorza (provola)
– 1 cipolla (piccola)
– Mezzo bicchiere di vino bianco secco
– Extra virgin olive oil

Preparation
Crumble the sausage by removing the casing.
Chop the onion.
In a pan, heat a few tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, then add the onion.
Then add the crumbled sausage and brown.
Then blend with the wine
Stir, cover with a lid and cook for half an hour, stirring occasionally.
Cook the Gnocchi in boiling salted water until they float to the surface. Drain the gnocchi and add them to the sauce. To be served immediately!
